How long will delivery take?
Standard shipping in the UK is currently suggested to take 1-2 weeks whilst Royal Mail recover from their strikes. For more information on express delivery and International shipping visit our Shipping Policy page.

If I don’t like the Jewellery can I return or exchange it?
Unfortunately due to hygiene issues we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

I have received a damaged item, what should I do? 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

My country is not on your website. Will you be able to start stocking them?
If we do not have your country's necklace in our inventory then head to our Contact Us page and fill in the form and we'll attempt to add it as soon as possible.

What material is your jewellery made from?
All of our gold pieces are 18k Gold Plated on Stainless Steel. All of our silver pieces are Stainless Steel.
