Returns/ Exchange policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We will send you a return label and once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the damaged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Lost Items
Parisa London holds no liability for lost items, including necklaces, once the purchase is completed. We recommend customers take appropriate measures to safeguard their jewelry. Our company does not cover, replace, or accept responsibility for any lost items post-purchase.
