UK Standard Delivery

We ship via Royal Mail 1st Class. There is no tracking link with this service however you will receive a dispatch confirmation email to indicate that it has been shipped.

 

UK Next Day Delivery

Due to the current Royal Mail strikes UK Next Day Delivery has been temporarily restricted.

 

International Shipping

There are no Custom Fees for EU customers as we cover this payment on behalf of the customer. If you face any issues regarding this then please contact us.

Once the parcel has arrived in the destination country you will receive a local tracking link from the couriers. However, until this time you will not receive a tracking link while it is in transit from the UK to the destination country. This proceedure is so that we are able to provide affordable international shipping to our customers.

 

Lost Delivery

Parisa London is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim.

If your package is lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, Parisa London is not liable for any reimbursements. Please ensure you are double checking the address entered at checkout.
